JoeyPinkney.com Exclusive Interview
5 Minutes, 5 Questions With…
Adrionna L. Williams, author of In-Laws From Hell
(Authorhouse)
Marriage: The Epitome of a Catastrophe! In-Laws From Hell describes unbelievable and uncompromising predicaments. If you are contemplating marriage, already married, or have been married: you know it is hard work and it has it’s ups and downs.
Marriage is merely the flavor and the seasonings that you add to it. Ultimately, the fire that you have to keep burning. Try adding an offensive stench of meddling In-Laws vexation; and if you can surpass the maliciousness, you could enjoy years of wedding bliss. This book will keep you in awe and extremely entertained.
Joey Pinkney: Where did you get the idea and inspiration to write In-Laws From Hell?
Adrionna L. Williams: The idea and inspiration came from countless attempts to speak to my now ex-husband regarding how I viewed my in-laws and their malicious antics.
As a result of my feelings being brushed under the carpet, if you will, I decided to keep confusion down in my home I began writing. So to answer your question, In-Laws From Hell started out as a diary!
JP: What sets In-Laws From Hell apart from other novels in its genre?
AW: In-Laws From Hell is set apart from other novels in its genre because it was based on actual events that no one else has been courageous enough to share. It has a twist of wanting to handle the situation yourself versus giving it to God and allowing Him to fix it.
JP: As an author, what are the keys to your success that lead to In-Laws From Hell getting out to the public?
AW: I went through great lengths to market this phenomenal novel by doing various book signings, radio interviews i.e Michael Baisden and Doug Banks, magazine interviews, meet and greets, social networking and just being active and full of personality.
JP: As an author, what is your writing process? How long did it take for you to start and finish In-Laws From Hell?
AW: My writing process is creative and drama filled something to keep the readers guessing and intrigued. It took me about nine months to fully write and publish the novel In-Laws From Hell.
JP: What’s next for Andrionna L. Williams?
AW: By me being an author, playwright and a radio personality, I have a great deal going on. In-Laws From Hell is becoming a series of webisodes, reality show and a stage play. As far as me, I will continue writing and of course hosting my radio shows.
