Author Raynesha Pittman, author of Kismet 2 – Some Things You Will Never Understand
(Conglomerate Ink)

Kismet 2 -Some Things You Will Never Understand picks up where the emotional rollercoaster ride of Kismet dropped off except with more twist of conflict and drama, adrenaline rushes from erotic loops and free-falling drops from a bumpy romance told like no other. An important figure from the main character’s past joins us in this tale causing havoc with every turn of the page.

Kismet 2 will cause you to buckle up and hold on tight through this literary ride. Is it Karma or Kismet? You will have to read it to be the judge.

Joey Pinkney: Where did you get the inspiration to write Kismet 2 – Some Things You Will Never Understand?

Author Raynesha Pittman: The last chapter of Kismet inspired Kismet 2. I left the readers hanging and had to answer all the unanswered questions I caused them to have with my cliffhanger. Kismet definitely paved the way for Kismet 2 from start to finish.

JP: What sets Kismet 2 – Some Things You Will Never Understand apart from other books in the same genre?

RP: Kismet 2 touches on day-to-day issues like most books in its genre, but the raw approach I used to get my point across sets Kismet 2 in its own class. I used a raw approach to make my readers realize there may be some unknown and unseen deeply rooted issues that guide people on life decisions.

“Some things you will never understand” is the perfect subtitle for this book because even with in-depth explaining, everything will not make sense to everybody. That’s the blessings of being an individual with your own way of thinking, just my opinion.

JP: As an author, what are the keys to your success that led to Kismet 2 – Some Things You Will Never Understand getting out to the public?

RP: I’ve chosen to write about relatable topics, and daily promotion doesn’t hurt. (smile)

JP: As an author, what is your writing process? How long did it take you to start and finish Kismet 2 – Some Things You Will Never Understand?

RP: With moving from one state to another and morning sickness that lasted all day, it took me a lot longer than I expected. I didn’t have time to write like I wanted to so my guess would be three months. My normal writing process is to set a daily word count goal and meet it. Hopefully I’ll be able to do this with my next book

JP: What’s next for Author Raynesha Pittman?

RP: I am finishing my story “Scratch A Liar, Find a Thief” from the anthology, Traces of My Lipstick. I had the pleasure of writing with Cha’ Bella Don, Brandy LeRue and Kelly Wiley. The book was published by Author Mimi Renee’s publishing house Ink Game.

I’m also working on Kismet 3 – When a Man’s Fed Up for a summer release and writing a few stories to submit for some upcoming anthologies I’d love to be a part of. It sounds like a lot on my plate, but not when you love what you’re doing as much as I do.
