5 Minutes, 5 Questions With…
CJ Hudson, author of Chedda Boyz and Next Door Nympho
(Life Changing Books)

Next Door Nympho is about a young woman named Diamond and her horny friends. Diamond is shiesty with friends and lovers, and that leads to her downfall.

Joey Pinkney: Where did you get the inspiration to write Next Door Nympho?

CJ Hudson: The great writers that have come before me. K’wan, T-Styles and Quentin Carter to name a few. They were writing about stories that I was familiar with.

JP: What sets Next Door Nympho apart from other books in the same genre?

CJH: Because whenever I write, I try to paint a picture. Most authors want readers to read their books. I want readers to feel my books.

JP: As an author, what are the keys to your success that led to Next Door Nympho getting out to the public?

CJH: I advertise everywhere! From the bank, to the restaurants, to my job, and everywhere else. Nothing is more important than advertising.

JP: As an author, what is your writing process? How long did it take you to start and finish Next Door Nympho?

CJH: At first I didn’t really have a process, but now I write an outline first. It makes it so much easier. It takes me anywhere from 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 months to complete a book.

JP: What’s next for CJ Hudson?

CJH: The success of Next Door Nympho will determine that. Hopefully I will get to write a sequel to it.

  1. I love feeling books and am glad to hear a author state that. That means the reader can get fully engaged and immersed in that story. ^5

  2. Our chair is always mentioning books/authors to us. We remember her telling us of Chedda Boyz (I believe but might have it wrong :)) and the keyboard assassin, great to learn more especially about the writing process.
