Three friends. One agenda: get money…

Trina Bell, single mother of three, can’t seem to make ends meet working at a fast food restaurant. Mia Jackson, wife of a notorious incarcerated kingpin, is left fending for herself after the Feds confiscate money from their joint account. China Frasier’s recent divorce leaves her with a huge house but not enough money to take care of the monthly expenses.

Their financial woes bind these three friends together. Trina, Mia and China are determined to get money by any means necessary. But even the most perfect plan has its flaws.

Louisiana writer Kayenne, pronounced just like the pepper Cayenne, likes to write stories with passion. Kayenne’s ever-growing legion of fans know her for always adding that spicy sizzle to urban lit that keeps them coming back.

Joey Pinkney: Where did you get the inspiration to write Camille’s Bi-Curious Birthday?

Quigley Castle: The inspiration came from a thought I had when I was watching “Orange is the New Black” on Netflix. I thought to myself, “What would a lesbian experience be like for me?” I’m positive that I’m heterosexual, but it was fun to think about what it would be like to be with a woman. Camille’s Bi-Curious Birthday is my idea of what it would be like to have a lesbian experience with my closest girlfriends.
